Clear, simple terms for your wellness membership

These Subscription & Membership Terms ("Terms") govern all paid memberships purchased on this website (the "Site"), operated by GoNatural ("GoNatural," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
GoNatural offers digital wellness membership plans. Each plan provides online access to the content and services described on its plan page, which may include live virtual sessions, on-demand video courses, downloadable guides, worksheets, and community features. Membership benefits are delivered digitally; no physical goods are shipped. The full price of your selected plan, including any applicable taxes, is displayed in U.S. Dollars and shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
All GoNatural memberships are recurring subscriptions. By purchasing a membership, you expressly authorize GoNatural to charge your payment method the plan price shown at checkout every month, on or about the same calendar day as your original purchase, until you cancel.
You will receive an email receipt for every charge. If we ever change the price of your plan, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance, and the new price will only apply to billing periods after the notice period — you may cancel before then at no cost.
Charges from us will appear on your card or bank statement with a descriptor containing "GONATURAL" together with our customer service phone number. If you see a charge you do not recognize, please contact us first at 1-800-870-9822 or [email protected] — we resolve billing questions promptly, typically within one business day.
You may cancel at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee. Cancellation is as easy as signing up. You can cancel by any of the following methods:
When you cancel, you will not be billed again. Your membership benefits remain available through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. We will send you an email confirming your cancellation.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days. To request a refund, email [email protected] or call 1-800-870-9822.
If we offer a free trial or promotional pricing, we will clearly disclose, before you enroll: the length of the trial or promotional period, the full price you will be charged when it ends, the date of the first full-price charge, and how to cancel before being charged. You will also receive a reminder email before any trial converts to a paid membership.
You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized holder of the payment method used to purchase a membership. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and your contact and payment information current. Memberships are for personal, non-commercial use and may not be shared or resold.
We work to keep membership content and live sessions available on a consistent schedule. We may improve, update, or substitute content of comparable value from time to time. If we permanently discontinue a plan you are subscribed to, we will notify you in advance and refund any amounts paid for service not delivered.

Consult your physician before beginning any new fitness, nutrition, or wellness program. We make no claims that our programs treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
If you have any question, concern, or dispute regarding a charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank — in nearly all cases we can resolve the issue faster, including with a refund where appropriate.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email to active members at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of your membership after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
